Unity, Community & Giving
Quincy Service Club is an organization dedicated to unity, community and giving. Our membership strives to create volunteer opportunities and programs that benefit our citizens and makes Quincy a great place to build families, relationships, and a culture of caring and community action.
We keep our community close to the heart and service as the pulse of our existence. Guided by a rich legacy of service and dedication, our mission is deeply ingrained in the principles of Americanism, community service, youth activities, scholarships, and the prevention of child abuse.
Returned annually to the Quincy community through our service projects!
Local Happenings
May 2026
The QSC hosted Amy McGlaughlin and Jena Blacketer from the River’s Edge Ombudsman Program. Their program provides advocacy services for residents in long-term care settings (nursing homes and assisted living) across a six-county regional area.
The QSC Club hosted QPS Interim Superintendent, Lanty McGuire, QPS Board President, Shelley Arns, and QPS Marilyn Smith, Teacher Mentor Coordinator. They discussed the QPS current financial situation and the workforce challenges.
